Staff were knowledgeable.
The hotel was absolutely stunning and nice looking, our room was new-fashioned, appreciated it. We ate at a good restaurant for dinner. The location was excellent, just a walking distance from Clarchens Ballroom. Interesting independent shops and a supermarket were right next door.
